You were not banned , you were just kicked from IRC for flooding because you were spamming in game chat !
*jason was kicked by exnet.fr.irc.tl (Channel flood triggered (limit is 5 lines in 3 secs))
Try connecting again and if it still says you are banned then post a ban appeal !
