It is probably his fault. Maybe he is using mobile phone and when the internet is slow then 2 tapping might cause double message.

Nope Jukuz same happened to me......I dont know what should have happened to IRC but as u can see from last image in link i just wrote !say TEST! and it was delivered 2 times by ptp chatting bots....Maybe those PTP chatting bots are bugged

I'have test he's right there is a bug it's not the fault of Internet or something..

It's a bug ,yeah. All commands including !say, !map,!spree and the vip chat(&) are being echoed twice on irc as well as in game. Something to do with the bots, should be fixed soon.

The server restart two time i think it due to that
