Title: New Policy to decrease players loss?
Post by: Finisher on August 25, 2016, 09:42:51 am
Hello so I was thinking that a new policy is needed because of the players count is decreasing, and it works on less banning, more kicking(2 or 3 times max) before banning. So if a newbie cheater goes wild and cheats it is preferred to talk to him and only kick him the first time he does it but a note should be taken on him, second kick is the last warning and maybe JUST maybe we'll have him play cleanly and actually become a regular. Just trying my best to come up with a solution on increasing players, we need more players please, less bans more kicks ::)

I think the integrity of a server free of hackers outweighs the positives of a few extra players (considering they're hackers too). The staff take a firm stance on cheaters for a good reason, it's an effective deterrent

So what about hacker messing around server and annoying the players who plays without cheat and makes them RQ with his godmode/speedhack/airbreak?

Since it's not a freeroam server, we can't leave hackers with the warning. While they make rage quit the normal players, it's not fair and not logical. Cuz they make unfair advantage and it's actually waste of time. This is my personal opinion.

This sounds like 'Allowing drug dealers to sell dope in shop to incrase population in malls'. Affective in short time period, but fails and dies in a while. Logic please..

First of all they choose to hack on their own...Everyone knows it's not allowed...(if they don't they're stupid)
And secondly...99% of the players that hack never stop hacking...they just get better at hiding it...
And for those 1% who do stop hacking and play normally...We can't be sure, cant trust them and it's better that they stay with those 99% so it's safe.

Maybe ban them and let them appeal in a month...and if u choose to unban them only whitelist 1 name and keep an eye on him? Most of them won't appeal anyways...

Nope. The current approach is just fine. Every single hacker that is banned has the right to come here and post ban appeal, and if admins determine they are truly sorry for hacking, they are unbanned. Most of them, however, don't give a damn about any server and just like to ruin all the fun wherever they go.

'Allowing drug dealers to sell dope in shop to incrase population in malls'

True .. what pisses me the most is that people cheat in skinhit .. when people used to cheat on lagshoot well they had their reasons at least I can understand xD but in skinhit is just retarded.. thinking about it again makes sense.

'Allowing drug dealers to sell dope in shop to incrase population in malls'
