This forum is based on the free forum engine called SMF (Simple Machines Forum). You can ask your questions or post your suggestions on their forum (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php), I doubt that Jonne will fix its bugs here.

As for the search, yeah, it's imperfect, although it mostly gives you valid results. You can also search (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=dizzy+site%3Ajonne.be%2Fforum) in Google adding "site:jonne.be/forum" to the end of your query after the new topic will be indexed there.
