• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): death evade (i got banned for that once)
• Any screenshots or videos that go along with the report: the video looks clear so no (not enough proof)

Mia still died, it's not death evading so she won't be punished. As for you getting banned before, I assume that was on the old server where some of the admins didn't have a rational mindset.
