Its simple , only mods that change textures nnd sounds are allowed.

Firstperson shooter,Reload mods or any animation mod can be banable

Then install it and don't complain when you get banned here.

Aksel explained it for you, only mods that don't change the gameplay are allowed - which are texture mods, sounds, etc.

Also,be carefull about some CLEO mods,even if it is an animation. Anticheat can bust your ass in a second.

All Cleo mods are forbidden here!

When i said textures mods i meant mods that can be changed via GTA3.img or timecyc

I'm sure you will get low fps if you use it.
Btw, it has a vechile spawner cheat pre-installed in that mod which isn't allowed in SAMP.
Rest, hope it won't crash your SAMP since that guy used it in Single player version.
