I think all hydras should be removed and hunters should be place because they are more versatile and easy to use and easy to kill also!!

No, Hydra is more easy to control then Hunter. While Hunter is more powerful then Hydra because of minigun which will represent it's kill as One Hit Kill. It would be better if some Tanks will be added as we discussed before.
-
Maybe,if there was Army class instead SWAT,this would be great idea. Otherwise,i don't see this would be great addition now.
-
Hunters are easier to control and have more firepower than Hydra imo, so no, it would be too imbalanced

Miniguns Can Be Removed through scripting
For Examples Choppers here are without Miniguns but usually they had miniguns in older PTP

Lol, Hunter is always better in controlling.

Which chopper has a minigun?
Regarding suggestion, Maddy said the rest :D While Hunter is more powerful then Hydra because of minigun which will represent it's kill as One Hit Kill. It would be better if some Tanks will be added as we discussed before.

Sparrows normally have miniguns, but they are removed in PTP

The sparrow and seasparrow are two different vehicles with the latter having the mounted weapon. During beta testing, the hunter and seaparrow were tested and were deemed to be too strong or 'overpowered'. Linking to your suggestion, I don't think the hydras should be replaced by hunters due to the increased lethality.

You don't even play these days.
Why would seasparrow could be too overpowered?! Hydras are more powerful then seasparrows cause they can lock in the target with rockets. Seasparrows only has 2 mounted (m4's)miniguns.

That's not relevant.

As one of the people who demonstrated how ridiculous they are during the beta tests, here's why:
- In terms of firepower, it's basically a hovering Rustler with better aim.
- With a little practice, it's easy to get to the point where you can pin someone down so they can't get out of cover without being shredded by either your guns or your rotor.
- It's very easy to destroy vehicles with them, and once the driver jumps out, they don't have much if a chance.
- It's harder to shoot a Sea Sparrow down without getting shot at/killed if the pilot knows what they're doing and isn't outnumbered.
- At close range, the M4s drain health so quickly that you're basically being instantly killed without the helicopter having to get as close as they would for a helikill.
Hydras require more skill because you really have to use the unguided rockets if you want to do large amounts of damage, and with an intelligent opponent, you have to hit them while they're moving (while you're not hovering). Sea Sparrows make it so easy to destroy vehicles and people on the ground that almost every fight seems to boil down to the victim jumping out of a flaming car and getting hosed. It's one of the few things in SA:MP that makes killing people so easy that it often feels like you're CJ going on a rampage in the single-player mode.
For those who are interested: they're still easy to destroy with Rustlers. Just fly at them from above where it's hard for them to hit you and strafe/ram them (this works for Hunters too, though not as well). However, it's also easy to camp at the airport with your Sea Sparrow/Hunter so this won't ever happen to you.

Hunter has some autolock minigun style and it moves really fast, it is too way OP more than hydra. -1

-1. Not needed right now.

We won't be adding this.
