while i was killing him with [DIE]Souken. He disconnected in middle of the fight and souken got the kill as you can see in the killing board in screenshot

Firstly, that screenshot is not enough evidence to punish someone for death evasion. Secondly, we can see that Souken got the kill which means Soptol gained a death so there is no death evasion here.
