Pretty straightforward question: why is there no such thing as skinshot(seen it on SA-MP servers like Counterstrike, don't know if that server is still online though)?

I myself have a very low ping. I'm talking about a constant ping of <40. This makes 1 on 1 pretty impossible, you're constantly at a disadvantage. Why? Because my ping is so low, it's nearly the same as skinshot, you have to be pretty bad to lose vs me 1 on 1(especially if your ping is +150).

I don't know why people frown upon skinshot, it makes things more fair. Yeah, there is a certain skill in lagg shooting, but you just can't deny that with a higher ping you are always at a very great advantage. At least skin shot is fair for everyone. So why don't we make things fair for everyone?

We have skinshot too.
When i shot high-ping players they really do not get full damage. So, i am not sure how this "skinshot" works in samp.

You can check whether lagcomp is enabled in the SA-MP client :P
