Due to my job and everything,i'm planing to retire from this game. I find no more fun here. So my question is,is it allowed to give someone account permanently?
edit: it's not like some LoD's clan players are doing recently,sharing accounts and cheating. I would like to give this account to my friend,forever. And every action after that,is his responsibility.

If he is a already banned on PTP/Plan B then i think admins will surely have a problem with you giving up ur account(Just like how Alexandr guy got banned). Just makes sure your friend isn't banned and then just give him ur account. Rest will be his responsibility.

No, it's not possible to do that, I asked him myself a while ago. I don't know the answer of the actual question of this topic though.

When you purchase VIP, Its bound to that account. You can not transfer it to another account.
