Post by: LPCOLTER on July 29, 2017, 06:15:00 pm
Help me guys, I bang my CPU a little to get increased brightness (idk but it works) which makes my screen freeze but after cutting power supply and restarting the computer it works normally but today when this happened the computer didn't boot up at all, actually my CPU starts and shuts down within seconds and this cycle goes on forever
Help Me please!

Provide more information on what is happening. Do you get the boot screen when you start your PC? Does the PC  perform successful POST (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power-on_self-test)? It may be that your HDD is failing, but it can't be said for certain.
I'd advise you to contact some PC repair shop and explain the problem to them, or go to Tom's Hardware or similar websites and seek guidance there.

Also, it's never a good thing to "bang" your PC lmao.

Edit:I found out my RAM was loose a little bit so I opened the CPU and cleaned it and fixed the RAM so it is working now!

Just a quick heads-up then: use proper terminology when asking for assistance :) For example, you cannot "open the CPU", you can only open your PC's case. I know it might sound trivial, but it's kinda important
