A computer is good based on its parts: Video card, ram, cpu, etc. If you're looking for a system that can run GTA smoothly, you won't need a powerful computer; however, just make sure you review the system specifications of the computer you want. Perhaps you can tell us the specs of the computer you're planning to purchase?

Both brand and specificifications matter in buying a good laptop but you gotta make sure you have a budget and everything.

Delete /system32 for 150% processing power boost.

Formatting is also a recommended option to automatically free up space so you can play San Andreas at maximum potential.

Don't forget to save at Madd Dogg's House too. It's the best save point in GTA SA.
