• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): you can clearly see in this video that he is using speed hack , first he was playing normally and suddenly he started hacking coz i beat him many times in duel , he also admitted that in hindi language when i told him that i was recording his video

This is called slide bug, nothing to do with speed hacks. It's not allowed when playing the game mode, but you can use it in duels.
