Your video does not contain the offense you are accusing Piu for. Probably you meant that he did it before you started recording... But, all in all, there are no proofs. In your video, in turn, Piu did not try to evade your spraycan and died, giving you a kill.

Hence, no action will be taken. Thanks for reporting.
