I noticed that several well-experienced players, who, when playing as the president, completely ignore their team to go solo or take support from their civilian clan members.
I understand that clan members are supposed to support their members but it's not fair when securities are unable to do their duty because they are being attacked by clan members of the president who are also protecting the president.
Is it not against the duty of the president to take assistance from those who attack his teammates or to not take the assistance of his team members who are both willing and able to do so?
However, the server, in general, is amazing as always. It feels good to be back! :D

It's partly true you might want to take a look at this topic - https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=2692.0 (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=2692.0)
Welcome back anyways!

Yes, we have the dubious honour of being the only tdm game I've ever seen where teams don't really matter.
I have no idea who you are, but welcome back!
-
Shoot back at them

I think we can continue to talk about it on that topic already:

Sad but true my friend.
Welcome to PTP Plan B.

Civ can shoot anyone they want to. So it doesn't matter what their actual motto is, they always have a choice to either kill securities and presi both or just securities.
But it's different when imposing duty on cops or terros. As per /duty these teams should kill the opposite and can't do 'selective' killing.
In short, don't trust dem horny civs.

I think he's talking about the Presidents whose friends kill their security while simultaneously "protecting the President" and the security who are in on it stand idly by like nothing is happening.

There is No such Problem.

Well Shoot back at them if they shoot you . Civilians are allowed to shoot anyone and protect anyone :)
-
You guys are blaming it all on clan members and regular players, I go sec, try to protect presi, a civilian newbie comes saying I'm of halp Mr President, I let him go through, I die by deagle while shooting terro! Same when I try to help as civilian, I get capped by sawn. So does that mean I should not kill secs to protect myself? Newbies can not be trusted with their /duty, that's why regulars don't give a seconds thought when killing new guys. New guys Gain trust by becoming regular then this shit don't happen.

I don't know what shit you're smoking, but if it's that good, I'd like some- Donald Trump is the president of my country and I need to be make myself completely ignorant of that fact.

What do you mean playstyle? It's against the rules. Rule breaking = Rule breaking. No one is above the rules.

I know. i got it what you wanted to say.
Since those civs are not attacking president the securities have no reason to kill that civ unless for self defence. So if a civ killed a random newbie security and the other securities just let him, then it is stupid but not against duty. It is PTP , not protect the securities.
Edit : there is no rule breaking there @judah. A security has all rights to watch a civ rape some other security. It's not his duty to protect teammates, protecting president is.
You might argue that it is morally incorrect to let teammates die as it would eventually mean lesser security for president but that's not mentioned in /duty of a security. A security has to do his best to protect president. Now that is quite a controversial /duty.

There is certainly rule breaking there. Think a step further- one asshole security watches his teammates get killed by one of his friends, then suddenly the president only has one security left- so he's not really protected. The asshole should have been giving the president the best protection he could by helping to keep his security alive. He might as well be one of the civilians killing the security if he's going to just watch the president's chances of survival get damaged.
