Title: /vskin 147 not working

Ok guys i come to realize that the vip skin 147 isnt working,while i was ingame i typed /vskin 147 an it said ues skins between 1-311 so is that a bug or what?

You as a vip can not use all the 311 Skins, some are restricted like the skins allotted to president class.
