• Any screenshots or videos that go along with the report: Look at his boat. The boat was on fire. But still it didn't explode. It was on fire before recording too.
P.S. :- It may be a bug or glitch or something. Just made sure that I reported.
Too bored to create own youtube channel. So used my brother's. :P

Hello, Killer.
According to the logs, AtsizAdam was not using vehicle health hack. It might have been a damage not synced properly. A few seconds after the end of the recording this boat has exploded and killed (https://planbserver.com/cp/kill.php?id=2738194) him.
