If you have slow net because of other devices connected to your internet connection who is using YouTube or something that cause slow net try this one you can limit his/her download/upload speed
1. Run as Administrator
2. Select your adapter then click ok
3. Click on Network Discovery to see all the users of you internet connection
4. Set his/her limitations (Any numbers that is not 0)
5. Click on Start redirecting-spoofing

Now favelas will "limit" each other`s connection because if you will look on their ping it looks like they are using 1 cable for 10 PCs.
Oh wait, they will not, BECAUSE THEY CAN`T INTO ENGLISH.
