Title: [To be added]Spawn shooting/killing & /cmds

1. I want to suggest to extend the spawn protection time to 10 or 15 seconds because some players are abusing or extend the spawn protection area.

2. Why not add all the server commands from here (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=1268.0) in /cmds and not make it as normal text but make it a dialog like /rules

How about /cmds = current state
                /acmds = all commands

We'll try changing it to 10 seconds, and see if that helps.

We'll always have a full list of commands that stays updated on the forums. We'll look into adding a full list in the future.
