There Should be a big event every 4 months with special prizes like
First- 3 week vip
Second -2 week vip
Third-1 week vip
The event should be something like most president kills for the month.
This will help with terror duty
(Ofc only non-vips will partake)

Although I personally don't have anything against this.
But, I think it should be done like this so it has a better chance of happening:
3rd Prize: Car Tuning for 4 weeks
2nd Prize: /vskin for 2 weeks + 3rd Prize
1st Prize: /sniper and /saw cmd for 2 weeks (or limited number of /cmds) + all the former prizes
and 4 months is TOO soon. It means any random has a chance of having VIP cmds for 12 weeks !
Make it once or twice a year on Jonne's or Great Lacerta's birthday or something.

Nope, VIP features shouldn't be divided at any cost. It will surely create some type of Imbalance. And as Sumit said, VIP is a paid feature -1

Then no one except some random newbie will be president as no one will be president only to be killed from huge group of terrorists. I will make gameplay boring for normal players.
