Title: Adjust Gametime

The gametime change every 7 minutes is quite weird to feel in game.

Suddenly it goes from a morning to a late afternoon.

I suggest these as replacements for better gameplay imo:


1.)Link it to gamemode:

1A.) Change GameTime every time president dies or survives, or change GameTime during last 5 minutes of survival.

1B.)A more interactive way,that will promote attention towards president class more

President Alive/No President: Time stays as it is

New President via /rc p: change in Time, idk what exact change(maybe advance time by 4 minutes?).

Survival of President: Time changes towards brigher part of the day

Death of president: Time changes towards darker part of the day.


2.)Reduce the Time/Transition:

It's better to have a time change on a shorter scale of time change [eg: 7min->5min] so the difference isn't too major to feel weird.

These are different suggestions with different context hence the different topics,duh.

and no,I suggested three of them in one day and that's only the maximum frequency I posted topics ever in my time in forums, I wanted to suggest these long time before but couldn't and probably won't get time to in the future.


Besides,Suggestion topic is boasted as one of the active sections in the PlanBserver.com so why not?

There's nothing wrong in adding suggestion, these are far from absurd.

EDIT: FUCC I BROKE MY 420 post count. Admin/Mods Delete this post so I can keep my 420 count please.

Yeah, or maybe we should count one real-life minute as one in-game hour.

A real-life second = a minute in the game
24 minutes irl = 24 in-game hours

or suggestion 1b sounds cool too. +1

Weather is fine the way it is right now. Darker weather means only people getting affected who don't have a modified timecyc and weather should be similar for everyone so one doesn't have advantage.

I don't get what's the point of linking weather with president or gamemode.

Actually weather or gametime changes cause lag sometimes for low specs users :D
But i dont think there is a need for gametime change. I dont think its affecting anyone's gameplay

As people pointed out, I don't think it's necessary to change this system.
