Even a Windows 2000 could run GTA San Andreas if you're looking for one to play PTP.

As everyone said, Google can answer all questions and it also depends on how much your budget is.

But if you want to run Gta San Andreas only, then I recommend the following specifications:


Core 2 Duo Processor
4 GB ram
DirectX 11 or Graphics Card
Asus Prime ASUS PRIME H270-PRO Mother Board
