When we choose persi when u are not vip its good to have a SAW..

But still Level 1 players have access to use Chainsaw and Sniper in duels. There are number of reasons of disagreement of this suggestion.

President is not a fighting class. He/She has given security class with him to which a strict /duty has been given. VIP features should be given to a VIP only( As I said above )

But I do feel president should have a shooting weapon when in a vehicle as passenger. For example if the president is being driven around by the security, president should have the ability to pop wheels to slow down the terrorists that are chasing

From my point of view it is somewhat ironic to have paid to have vip and any one of the bunch could have some things that would have a vip (As for example the saw), VIP functions are only for those people who have saved and could afford it.
