Add more helicopters ( by Helicopters i mean mavericks ) to SF and RC maps , one single maverick at cop spawn dosen't really do the job , maybe two at police spawn (or at the Airport in SF) .

As for the SF map, there are already a lot of sparrows but as you said "You mean Mavericks" it will be fine if we add some of them at the airport.

+1 but not much. Sparrows are actually too OP in that map than mavericks.
+1 for Mavericks only, Sparrows can't counter a Maverick in speed nor climb they get pwnt badly and can seat way less than mavericks.
A good maverick driver can always handle it better than a average sparrow driver anyways.

What about adding some News Choppers? They're more interesting to drive than a normal Maverick and have less seats (there's one in LS).

Good idea, it's vertical speed is faster than the maverick, and is small with the cost of being harder to control. Can act as good escapade vehicle for president that he can fly himself, imo will be one of the best aircrafts a president can fly. While still having the disadvantages enough to balance it out.
Madd Dogg's mansion is unusually empty why not add one there? With a rural theme like FC Police Mavericks have.

I'm not sure that having less seats is a bad idea, in exchange for greater maneuverability (which I actually prefer). Why not have a mix of both types?

News heli is squad killer.
Add slow helis like Leviathan for squad transport, plus it floats on water, so it will be useful in rc.

As you said 'slow helis' , a maverick would be better for squad transport because a Leviathan has 2 seats since you cant use the back of it , but for the floating part , we already have boats

Leviathan is useless in RC and in squad transport.
It's sluggishly and possibly the slowest helicopter in game.
It's large and easy to hit.
You can't jump or grab on it's on pontoon like things while you are swimming, nor rescue a water stranded president due to passenger bug and with boats being a far better,safer to escape with and easy to get alternative.
It doesn't match the rural theme of RC unlike Newsvan which can (aside from also being color able to match the theme like with FC Mavericks)
Which overall means: An out of place fat helicopter,used for squad transport,slow and easy to destroy and also being useless once the squad gets knocked out into the water (Passenger bug and unclimbable pontoon).

You can tilt the news heli very much compared to Maverick and Sparrow, which means it can extremely easily heliblade anyone.

True , but to be able to do that , you have to be good since SF has a lot of tall buildings

I think there are enought helicopters. I sometimes get to situations where i dont find a helicopter but i usually use a car

Helicopters used for squad transfer such as maverick are defenceless against rustlers so there is no point in adding slow heli like leviathan. Adding News heli will be good though.
