They were banned by the AntiCheat for hacking, not for ban evasion.

This case is going to be handled by a head admin. Before it's clarified, [SQT]nicsmith is not allowed to join the game.

You were banned for Speedhacks and Vhh. Please remove all of your cheats and you'll be unbanned on 10 April. Do not join the game before it says here you're unbanned.
