You have been caught hacking too much times, if it was only ban evade ok I'd give you a chance right now, but you were ban evading and hacking, and because of that you won't be unbanned at this point. You can post new appeal in 6 months. Better don't try to ban evade again or you might not get a single chance to be unbanned. If there is anything you want to ask, you could just send me a message.
