It has been found out that his armor bar refilled because of the spawn protection he was under. In the video, he was only hit once with the deagle, the other hits were from terrorist's tecs. He was lagging a lot during his session, which probably made him look like he was using damage hacks. He will be closely monitored, though, thanks for your report.
