• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Ban evade. As far as I know he was banned originally for illegal vehicle tuning mods. Time after time he kept ban evading and again (I mean today) I caught him again in game. In this provided video you can also see he's using same illegal vehicle modding hacks including the Nirtous Oxide (NOS). I have also managed to provide you higher resolution video up to 480p VIA YouTube player settings in order to have a clear closer look at the video.
