I don't think it's really needed since the website theme is very normal and easy to access any information. -1

It will kind of help new players if they face any problem or need help regarding something. Instead of this there should be a new board "Help Section" and only "staff" and that "player" who face problems or need help can reply in order to avoid useless replies of the other.

Are you mad or what? Do you even know when it is used and how it is used? Well through this chat customers resolve their issues in VPS hosting or any kind of hosting. Using it for gaming purposes, I don't really get the point of this

1. I'm not mad and I'm totally calm when I suggested this. (If I am mad to the server I will join on other server and never come back. :-\)

IRC is a little confusing. If I am a newbie in this server and I navigated the forum, the button 'IRC' is confusing and I don't know what it is and/or what it does so I wouldn't open it so renaming it to 'Internet Relay Chat' would be better because the player will have a knowledge that IRC is about chatting.

Adding chatbox is a better and simple idea, but it needs monay. That suggestions you suggested is pointless since who in the god damn server would implement all the 20000 questions people ask everyday. And even without that who will be there 24/7?

The chatbox I gave as an example is totally free. If the admin is not online on the admin page of the chatbox it will send an email to the admin so even if they're offline they can still answer the question with email unlike IRC they can't answer the player because not everyone is using irc bouncer. When I ask something to admins in irc and they are idling and using bouncer they won't reply to the forum accounts.

TO HELP PLAYERS SPECIALLY NEW COMERS. How can it trouble admins? Wasting time helping the players? Then why did they ever become admin?

It will answer and at the same time will contact the admin it depends what type of chat box the admin will choose whether the ai or the live chat.

Then I think if a bot introduced in the page would be better than contacting admins.. as they can’t be there 24/7.

Do you think that admins will go to that special dashboard and from there they will answer these questions and sometimes those questions are so irritating and you expect admins to answer them? I don't really think that they will and so far its all good!

We've already got the IRC, Forum and ingame chat. There are also a lot of 'unofficial' chats in popular social networks. I think it's more than enough and there's no sense in adding this. -1.
