This is what happens when I press RCTRL while I am in a hydra.

What could be the problem?

This warning only appears when any mod or program isn't working properly. You may have several mods installed which is causing this problem. Try to do the same thing with a clean gta sa or simply try to re install.

Try removing gta_sa.set from your document folder because I had the same problem and it got fixed after removing that.

RCTRL is for those flares, they Weren't able to load up(their image) so that's why you got that message

Removing your mods will help you

Remove all mods and play without them.
You can use Detailed radar mod,it won't crash and it's awesome.

I did tried this with a very fresh copy of GTA SA. It worked well and didn't gave the error.

The only problem is the fresh copy gives me <15 FPS (That's unplayable) and the one I use currently is able to give me <25 FPS. I can't play with a new copy of GTA SA. I had been using the same mods for the last 6 months and it was working fine. The problem had just arisen now. :(
