Title: [Power Abuse] Mia
Post by: Deadman on June 04, 2018, 07:58:58 am
• Players' name: Mia
• Date it occurred: Right now
• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Moderator power abuse. Actually it was NSA map and you all know I love to do ramming and have fun with players. With same routine I rammed Mia. At first I got teamkill warning and then being jailed for 2 minutes for spawnkilling. I mean What the hell? I rammed many admins and they didn't even gave me a word that its a teamkill or spawnkill. Who the hell is she to do such a damn thing?

Hello Deadman,

As I told you in-game and I insist now, I apologize for my mistake. You weren't supposed to get a warning for team-killing, it will be removed.

Moving on to the spawn-killing part, it's perfectly reasonable that you never got a warning before for that kind of behavior. Actually, this is the first time I am warning someone for this reason. Most of the times it doesn't matter, because people do it on a friendly fashion and nothing happens. You weren't doing it on a friendly fashion, we had been fighting for several minutes and you wanted to continue doing it, even though I had decided not to leave my spawn zone. You spawn-killed to gain a game advantage.

When you break the rules just for fun and it doesn't really bother the other person, it is something we can let pass. For example, if you and your friend are securities and you decide to punch each other because you are bored, I don't think anyone cares about it. If you punch your friend so he can't protect the president while the terrorist kick in, that's something we can't let pass.

I hope you understand the difference. If you want me to clarify anything, please post another reply.

Mia.

EDIT: The team-killing warning has been removed.

What the hell? I took my fight serious? Well dont be smartass to save yourself. Everyone knows that Whoever i see I ram so its not a big deal unless you are the one making it bigger So I do like you to sit back relax and Shut the hell up!
About ramming lemme tell you. I ram in front of admins. They think civil class is not a team so I can do anything under the regulations. I had a talk with carg and this is what he told me. In his opinion he says its a spawnkill but regardless of other admins they say its not so they dont give any warnings. Its wierd what you have done and I dont need a single word from you.
Head admin handle this case.

As Mia already said, the teamkill warning was a mistake and has already been removed. As for the spawnkill warning, I don't see anything wrong with that. The spawn protection is there for a reason, don't attack people when they have it... We've improved the system over time and in most cases you can't damage people under spawn protection, so we won't issue warnings in most cases. Ramming them with a rustler is an exception to this, you can damage people or even kill them with this. On top of that, it's just annoying. So, don't be surprised if you get a warning for this. If you want to avoid this, don't ram people while they're under spawn protection...
