• Date it occurred:Most of the times he chooses Security class.Now
• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): Not follow his duty at all.Bully was hunting terrorists with a guy named Tokmol. And as you can see the president was somewhere else with some of his securities and cops.

Presi was hacker (teleport)so it dosen't matter, i follow my duty or not . Can't get him on bike so was chilling with that random cop. Else before that i was following my duty as yomama was there to confim that.

I was chasing presi in sea sparrow and i stopped down to get armour but madman came there too and started shooting with another civl and karbonn so got no choice but to shoot back .
p.s. next time record complete video if you really want to report rule breaks , incomplete videos are misleading .

Well securities have to do their duty when there is president ( no matter if he was hacker or not). You could abandon your duty only, if you can't see the president on the map ( which means that the president is desynced, or paused as vice-pres before becoming president). Anyways, Madman's videos doesn't really prove anything, but if your ( Bully) story is true, then from now on you should know that, if there is president on the map, then you should follow your duty ( or at least try to).
As for the second video, I can only see Madman starting the fight and Bully trying to defend himself, which he is allowed to do. No action will be taken due to insufficient evidence.
