Faking a nickname implies that a player is deliberately trying to pose as another player by doing some slight tweaks to the original player's nick (capitalizing the letter "i" to look like a lowercase letter "L", adding "0" instead of "o" and so on).
This player added a number "2", clearly distinguishing himself from the original player's nick. Furthermore, both players were in-game at the same time, making the difference clear. Lastly, the original player had no reports or complaints against the other player. All of this eliminates the "intention to deceive" factor needed to punish a player for nick faking. No actions will be taken.
