• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did): forcing lag, as you can see he is way too desperate to 'plt' me in duel so...  ::). gg buddy, you had sooo much potential on being a admin.. but.. ;D ::) ::)

I've to mention this that this person did this many times.
Like in some lf our duels (which he lost too many times) he started to lag by increasing the ping. And when his plan works,his ping decreases back to -200 ping

We can't tell a lot from 2 screenshots. There can be multiple reasons why his ping jumped up to that value, and not all of them are intentional. To prove that we'll need to investigate a lot deeper. We'll keep an eye on him, but we won't take any action based on this report alone. Thanks for reporting.
