I was banned for copying a Admin's name that wasn't even used ingame. >:(
But that aside, I think there is some misunderstandings involved here.
But Imo anyways Individuals Player should be given more importance than Clans.

You have a pretty common name, you're not the only Alex here. I don't think having this name gives you the right to claim every single variation on it... The guy you reported has been playing with this name since May this year, he played with the name alex20 first, which he registered. Back then you were still AlexCJ. He started using alex1 recently. Just because he happens to have the same name doesn't mean he's faking your name, I think there's a distinction between that. Also, it would have helped if you'd just let us explain all of this instead of doing this:
