This is not considered death evasion on our server as after the subject of your report disconneted, an actor appeared at their position. You could have killed him and it would have been counted like killing an actual player. You can read more about the actor system here (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=2497) (look at the first paragraph).

Hence, no action will be taken.
