The video evidence and various logs contradict your statement. You were mowing down opponents in split seconds with precision percentages going up as far as 92 percent. This can't be attained without the usage of illegal programs.

Seeing as you were previously banned earlier this year for spawning a weapon and health hacking (https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=4549.0), you are permanently banned from the server. You can request a reexamination of your case in 6 months time (no sooner than 29th June 2019), provided that you don't evade your ban in the meantime.
