Before this particular update was implemented: https://planbserver.com/forum/index.php?topic=4978.0 , you could have typed /sniper while in duel and it will spawn as your first weapon in your weapon slot.
Now when you type /sniper in duel, it does not come as your first weapon.
I believe it was because of that update
Please fix...

This means your weapon will no longer be changed when you spawn a new weapon

Personally, I don't think it's too much of a hassle to simply scroll to sniper at the beginning of a duel. The M4 is the most preferred long-range weapon in duels in any case. But, I guess it wouldn't do any damage to make an exception for weapon slot overlapping when it comes to duels, if players deem it awkward and annoying.

Yes its pretty annoying , because at the beginning of the duel I like to snipe..

Yeah, M4 is the best for shooting you're enemy at duels and you can hurt them by crouch-shooting. You know that if we're stand-shooting, the shots you've released will spread throughout the player or around of the player. So, we don't have to make an objection about this update and new features added in this gamemode.

Put an exceptional case just for duel arena, if one of the duel competitor want to begin a duel with sniper or saw in their hands.

But what if there are people who WANT to not change their current weapon? They wanna start out with M4 and then go chainsaw, but are mad because the weapon changes in the beginning and event pasting it in chat mid fight takes time.

Simply, don't use commands to spawn them :D

Keep /saw written in the global chat and then close it. Use m4, instantly press T and press enter. MAGIC!!!!!!! Chainsaw will appear. CUT THEM DOWN!!!

no its not that hard to scroll to it and I dont think people demand uzi as first weapon for mutual uzi battles.
