Title: NSA is big, it needs more armor/health spawns

The armor and health spawns are not enough in my opinion for such a big map, more armor/health spawns in the downtown region and the western region (the desert) should be added.

I forgot to say there is one more armor spawn in the WV region, so that makes 5 armor spawns in total. 3 in the LV region, 2 in the WV region.

Maybe another armor spawn should be added near the quarry?

NSA has all the armour and health spawns from LV and WV, which makes 6 health spawns and 5 armour spawns in total. I think no more are needed for that map right now, but if it turns out it's too little, we can always add one later.
