You were originally banned last year on December the 1st for speed hacking. Instead of posting a ban appeal, you then kept evading your ban and hacking along the way, only to eventually get banned again. Therefore, you won't be unbanned at this time. You can re-appeal your ban in 6 months, provided that you stop evading it.
