i have HP L1506 LCD i bought a new pc with low stuff

core 2 duo
4 GB ram
Nvidia Geforce 310 1 GB
250 GB Harddisk
Windows 8.1
 
Please search my LCD on youtube or google cuz i cant play samp if i start it my LCD shows black dead end
with a resolution error also i cant use full screen there is a bit of area that is part of LCD but only showing black color btw it is fish's LCD i am trying my new pc on it but when i plug back fish's pc which has windows
XP shows full screen and black screen area gets changed into screen part and shows the desktop or anything. I wanna play samp and use that part of screen plz help me.  :'( :'( :'( :( :( :(

Is offline San Andreas also going black or its only samp thing?
Btw, why did you bother buying this crap? Could have saved some more to buy i3 laptop.
