He has done it more than 10 times, and trust and remember what I have said about spamming and you never believed me, this guy will never stop car parking as he joined server just to car park players at spawn.
He is a regular, he players everyday, he knows rules well, warning won't fix anything.

When someone parks their car on top of you inside the spawn area, you can use commands such as /sync, /stopanim or /rc (which you otherwise cannot use if you're being damaged without spawn protection) to easily get out from under the other player's vehicle. No punishment will be carried out.
