He was Crazy_Frog at first but came with a new nickname "666SATAN666" when he's original account has been banned by AntiCheat System.

Still, look at my reason for the report... Ban Evasion.
Just in case if he comes back to ruin the fun or gameplay.

Banned. He shouldn't be able to join now.
