Title: View a player /stats even if he is offline

Is it possible to view a player's /stats even if he is not connected? Like /stats [playername]

Oh. I dont know that there is such a feature like that. But what I mean is in-game.

I don't think that's necessary. All of the stats are on the CP already, so if you want to look into it, you can find it there.
