For this kind of report it's always better to provide a video of the offense(if possible), it helps us get more context on what exactly happend and thus have a better judgement.
Since in the screenshot we can't see if he moved away or not, we can't tell if it was intentional or unintentional.
No punishments will be taken, thank you for reporting !
