I would like to suggest to add sparrows in many maps, some maps like RC only have one helicopter that is maverick only on cop spawn, so in addition to it please I suggest to add more helicopters(sparrows) in all maps...

Running for a new car is too common in RC- Sparrows would be too effective because it's difficult to escape them without a car to get into. The same would go for West Venturas.

They're not just a little bit overpowered, they're ridiculously overpowered.
