Title: [LK]Eros / [LK]Much abusive farm scoring

• Player's name: [LK]Eros (also known as [LK]Much / [LK]MuchoPedor)
• Date it occurred: in long process (around all November) 2021/11
• Reason for the report (Go into more detail about what they did):

1. Big farm scoring.
2. Breaking the rule "No president for 15 minutes".
3. Using server's mistakes / bugs.

Despite using server bugs, player increases his total score (score calculation), by:

• obsessively gaining more illegal score than he should by constantly turning to president, using friends in security class, who reclass in the last seconds to terrorist themselves. This minor change easily makes your score from 150 to 300 and more.
  
  This eventually makes lot of new players instantly leave the server and also is the part of decreasing numbers. For newbie players, doesn't allow them to win temporary VIP, same situation, different corner, concluding in same result. Punished now, player can no more be a problem, if repeats these mistakes, should be even banned. Nothing personal, because many players including me already have permanent VIP but this should not be tolerated from the perspective of veterans and new gamers. Especially administrators (our protectors).
  
  
  • In screenshots by Jigsaw, who was playing at the moment, you can clearly see all Latin Kings clan members and other latins changing class in crucial moments of the round. Farm scoring at best.

  • In this evidence also taken by Jigsaw, you can see [LK]Eros already inviting his friend [LK]Valeria to change the class to terrorist as round of gamemode was about to end. And even [LK]Valeria inviting other players from security to reclass. Turning this into organised farm scoring.

  • And finally the evidence showing by how [LK]Eros score changed in shorter than few hours time duration by using his wrong habbits. All this can also be proven by checking loggs, discord echo channel and can be prevented in future by using right ways of warning and eventually punishing. All in order to improve the quality of this already good server and prevent such cases:

Sorry for double-post but as administators may be discussing, the player keeps repeating his mistakes: breaks "15 minutes no president rule", invites friends to reclass from security to terrorists in last seconds and abusively farms scores for 2 days in row again (+2000 in less than a day). Not my responsibilities to decide what needs to be done, but the slightest solving would be reducing half of his November score. As you can see, he is not about to learn, so warning would not be helpful and he would feel safe doing it again.

• [LK]Eros / [LK]Much keeps inviting same players to help him by reclassing in certain time to terrorists, resulting in big scores with just 3 players online. [LK]Valeria motivates to get more score this way.

We've considered this case, and the matter of the fact is that the duty point system is a bit flawed, namely when it comes to the amount of points the President receives upon surviving a round. The value of this amount depends heavily on the team size ratio between the attacking and protecting teams at the end of the round. What this means is that the ratio value throughout the rest of the match isn't taken into consideraton when it comes to President survival points - only the value after the end of a round. Unfortunately, this can lead to unintended results, such as Presidents receiving 0 points if there are no members of the attacking team after the round's end, or Presidents receiving 450 points if there are no members of the defending team (and there's at least one or two Terrorists).

With that in mind, the President survival points will be changed and revised as soon as possible to include a minimum value (so that Presidents can't end up with 0 points at the end of a round) and a maximum value (so that Presidents can no longer receive as high as 450 points). Also, the average ratio throughout a round might be calculated, rather than just after the round.

As for the reported players in question, we do not consider what they did abuse. They simply utilized a flawed system and a low player count to shift the ratio to one side right before a round's end, to gain the most amount of duty points. Also, it is allowed to be President for the second time in a row in less than 15 minutes if no else selects the President class, so there is no grounds for punishment there as well. However, to rectify the system's flaws (and because of the coming holidays  8)) we will give the 2nd place award to the 3rd placed player, as well as the 1st place award to the 2nd placed player on the list for this month.
