Adding a new faction can be done by futher dividing the neutral civilian class.
I would like to introduce a class of demolitions experts. No guns and no rifles, only demolitions!
Demolition Experts can detonate bombs on command with a controller (for example on highway when president is about to pass by).

It seems that I don't like it, but, please, describe it in details if you want appropriate feedback. How would it be implemented? Would president know where the bombs are? What will happen if anyone hits the bomb, will he immediately die? How many bombs would every DE hold, and would they be replenishable? How would DE defend theirselves against enemies?
