Title: GhOstZ[GgT] - Not following /duty - "Dueling" as security

GhOstZ was with an other security near the end of airport. I finished both of them and then went to get a NRG near baseball stadium but GhOstZ respawned and came chasing me. (Going complete opposite side of presi's and therefor not following /duty for the 20W bright bulbs.)
I didn't have Fraps open unfortunately so it'll be logs and screens only.

45 seconds is about the time it takes to respawn, take a jeep, drive up to me, finish me.

Check the mini-map, president and everyone else were completely far away. He purposely came down there because he left me with low HP earlier.

I get warnings for getting armour so I hope he will get a warning.
