• Your IP address - same one that Im using now
• The date you were banned - 22/01
• The staff member who banned you (If it was the system write 'System' and if you don't know write 'Unknown') - System
• Extra space for you to explain what happened - I got ban for spawning a weapon. I deleted everything and I apologies for it!
